Bo Kantina - Glasgow City

Although I believe this restaurant has potential, there is still room for improvement. We arrived early on a weeknight and were seated promptly.

I feel the need to mention my previous obsession with burgers, but this time, I needed little convincing to try Burger Meats Bun.

When the popular burger joint Burger Meets Bun, owned by Ben James, relocated to a new, undisclosed location and rebranded as Bo Kantina, I was pleasantly surprised.

A few tips buns is a lot about the atmosphere and eat yourself. the quirky hauch of decoration and presentation are funny, and the personal was friendly and pleasant that bring the review to our meal twice and quickly into the drinks. I especially liked the little ones at the window ceilings of the burger itself was good when a little greasy beautiful aromen, manageably thick. a little light on the cheese, for a cheeseburger. the burger sauce was tasty, what the experience below was the lack of a plate. not even a wooden board. I know that the paper-packed thing is a little trendy, and others seem to like it, but if served with cutlery, it doesn't make for a simple eating cut with a knife directly on only paper is unpleasant. another distraction was the roll of paper towels instead of serviettes not particularly clean. the ends and the inner of the tube have many so far fat finger that touch them. I'd rather see a diner-style serviette dispenser.

Eat them roll some amazing burgers. I can't scream enough about these types. her little device is hidden at the bottom some stairs so that she is an eye out. the place itself, which it with fake grass (with small sheep and cows, the grass away) and a primitive rustic feeling, it has concentrated on a few things and do them very, very good. the burgers will blow their tiny understanding. the burgers are beautiful and pink in the middle in a delicious brioche beer. the fries are boiled to perfection, they get an ugly part for their money, the only thing that leaves them is the waiting period. Not only for one table (they can not help that they are busy), but eat for themselves. I left a dosis cola before I got my food. they will not be disappointed.
