Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy experience at this restaurant was not good. I have been there three times and each time my order was incomplete because they forgot items. When I tried to explain the problem to the employees, they did not seem to understand. I was also charged $2.49 for a small guacamole that I never received. The staff needs to improve their customer service skills. I have never experienced such poor service before.
I decided to give this restaurant a try. The service was good, but the food was not. I ordered a 2 piece chicken chest and wing, and it seemed like it was sitting out for a while because the chicken was dry and barely warm. For $10, I expect a good meal, not a disappointing and dry one. If I wanted something warm and dry, I would visit my ex.
The drive-through attendant was unpleasant and refused to honor my second voucher despite the restaurant not being very busy. Instead, she told me to leave and come inside to use the voucher. This experience was a waste of time. It would have been better if she had accepted the voucher and provided better customer service.
Uses the coupons: two meals for $10.99 and 8 pieces for $10. The chicken in the two-part meal was dry and older pcs. but tasteful. The sides of beans, rice and salad were phenomena! Make sure you have extra salsas for them are very good. When I opened the containers with the chicken, I thought, Oh, my God, what little pieces! However, due to the taste and quality of the chicken it was filled and tasteful. I recommend you if you didn't try El Pollo Loco. The young man in the drive-thru was polite and professional. The manager with the bleached reddish hair, stood behind this employee and shined at him and pretended to be disturbed by the customers. Love the food!!!
I ate half of my burrito then realized it had no shredded beef so I went back to the restaurant And told them my burrito had no shedded beef they took it and said it does have shedded beef I asked for it back and they gave me a little carton only filled with rice and beans no shredded beef ridiculous and then I asked for the corporate office number then the lady said she didn?t have it this is the second time they messed up but I didn?t call it in the first time to let them know what was wrong won?t be returning back to this location unless they make it right and corporate contacts me cause I asked for the corporate office number and she said she didn?t have it I didn?t know restaurants could be so stingy with food when they were in the wrong she must of been having a really bad day or something
