Filibertos Mexican Food - Glendale

OMG what's going on $12 for a salad that has only lettuce and tomatoes and a couple pieces of shrimp ???? I usually go to salad go and i get a huge bowl of salad with extra chicken for only $7

I ordered a burrito without cheese because I have a dairy allergy, but when it arrived, it had cheese on it. I returned the burrito and specifically requested one without cheese. Another employee came by and attempted to give me a cash refund, even though I paid with a credit card. When I asked him to refund the card instead, he refused and closed the window. Now I'm left waiting, unsure if I’ll receive a new burrito (hopefully one that hasn’t been tampered with) or if I’ll just be out the money I already spent.

I also ordered a cabeza taco, and to be fair, that was served in a decent portion, but the meat was completely flavorless. I didn’t receive any lemon for my taco, and there weren't even any salt packets included with my order. The onions on my taco were cut into huge chunks, which was really disappointing. This was my first and last time ordering from here—I won’t be coming back.

The service was incredibly slow. It took 45 minutes to prepare two Texas burritos, even though there was only one car in front of me. When I finally received my order, I noticed they had used fries instead of potatoes, and the burritos were crunchy. The tortillas were overcooked, and the portions were smaller than usual. For now, I think I'll stick with Rita's at Northern and 35th Avenue.

I specifically asked for no sour cream, but my meal was completely covered in it. The portion size was much smaller compared to other locations and it was overpriced, especially considering they didn’t get my order right. The sauce was thick and filled with gunk and seeds, lacking any actual liquid.
