Mcdonald's - Glendale

The quality of service at this restaurant seems to fluctuate based on the time of day or day of the week. I visit the restaurant multiple times a week to enjoy my favorite sweet tea, and during my visits, I have observed some areas that could be improved. As a former employee of McDonald's during my high school years, I am always in work mode and notice when policies are not being followed, especially when it comes to food handling. I have seen employees not wearing gloves when handling ready-to-eat foods, as well as using tools that have been mishandled and spilled on unclean surfaces. These small oversights could potentially lead to health and safety issues and should not be ignored. It is essential for upper management and franchise owners to ensure that policies are followed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the restaurant.

I ordered three basic sandwiches through a mobile order. When I arrived at the restaurant, no one asked for my order number. Three people came and went with their orders before mine was ready. When I inquired about my meal, the staff were unhelpful and seemed disorganized. They tried to distract me with various items while I waited, but all I wanted was my food. They eventually placed my order in front of me without providing an order number or any communication. Overall, the service was terrible.

I ordered two double quarter pounders with cheese, and even though they didn't have lettuce wraps available, they accommodated my request and served them without bread. The burgers were placed in a nice container and still retained that delicious McDonald's seasoning that I love so much. Overall, it was a great dining experience!

This kinda just boggles my mind more than anything -how is it for the last like 50 times asking for honey, i get it like 10. It's like you guys keep your honey in a nuclear blast resistant, uncrackable safe.I'm not even mad. I'm almost impressed...

The young man w dreads that just handed me my food had the best attitude any McDonalds worker Ive ever seen have. Best mcdonalds visit ever!
