Avaliação da contribuiçãothere was a young beautiful lady who helped me and my elderly mother.. upon ordering our food my mother changed her mind and asked for a drink and since everything had been paid for the lady handed me a cup and was like here that's for your mom..I tried to pay for the item..she would would not have I told my mom that that lady gave you drink free of charge .. my mother suffers from borderline personality disorder mild onset of dementia/Alzheimer's and depression man I tell you it's not easy to make my mom smile or be happy.. but that lady made my mom laugh and smile ?? God bless her and Taco bell for a wonderful experience..
This is the best taco bell in the foothill area. Never gotten my order wrong and every one who works there is super nice.
Service is low quality, today ordered on Drive thru requested fire sauce when I got home zero sauces, last month they put mild sauce instead of fire. Not
Customer service was very, very poor. I ordered food and was charged 5.50 with a coupon. I gave the clerk a $20. I received $5.50 in change. I asked her if she knew I gave her a $20. She said yes, but that $5.50 was the correct change. She counted her drawer and called her manager. The manager said I had received the correct change. The checker took my number and said that she would call me later. I returned the 5.50 and the receipt so she could review. She never called. I called back and the same clerk answered and said she was correct and I could pick up my $5.00 if I wanted. I'm guessing her cash drawer was not correct at the end of the ship. That 5.50 meal cost me $20.00. Always count your change at that taco bell before you take it in the window. They can't count and have very poor, poor customer service. I will never return.
The crunch wrap was soggy... (no crunch) which makes me wonder how long it's been sitting there?
