Bento Glenorchy

Visiting Hobart and after looking at the other restaurants in the area I chose Bento, great Japanese , very well price and friendly service.

Come here every now and then and the food was nice. Used to have the impression that Bento are concerned about hygiene. But today was totally grossed out. The girl that served me operated pad, took my money, gave me my change in the gloves that they wear to prepare food. And after all that, she went ahead and cut up sushi for me in the same gloves… Well, she did everything around the shop with the same gloves while I was there eating. Felt physically sick having the sushi today seeing all that… Have to give it a second thought about coming back again…

Customer Service ZERO. The only good this is Food. You guys should keep some experience customer service team. Not talking at all! No good with this, not satisfied!

Everything was fine except I witnessed the girl serving, take a customers money with her gloves on, then proceeded to handle the food with the same gloves that she just put the money in the till Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
