New Way Lunch - Glens Falls

I had hunted a good hot dog for days. This is something I've never cracked before. I had a casual dream, in a delicious, crunchy, hot dog biting the other night and I knew I had to settle this desire ASAP. My husband, the lovely soul he is, saw the best places to get hot dogs and from us we went to New Way Lunch. It's super small, but cozy. Obvious regulations talk to each other and the staff, extremely welcoming environment. Both counter and stand seats are available. There was a waitress and a cook. Both were great. The waitress seemed to be everywhere at once and fulfill all the commands and the whole superwife! My son and I ordered two hit dogs and cheeseries, the man got a Phili cheese steak. Everything is made fresh as you order them and it is fast! Everything was great! The frits were super crispy and delicious. I actually had to move her to my husband so I would stop eating her goalless, even though I was full. My husband said his Phili was good. Our son said the place was “Really, really great!” Overall, our bill was $29 (we got chocolate cake at the end, as it sat right in front of the child and he was just yearning for it. I had nothing, but he seemed to enjoy it! Everything from service to food was especially at the price. My only complaint is that we live in Ballston Spa so we have to go back 30 minutes. What we will do absolutely!

I'm in town for a few days. Yesterday, this place looked for lunch. Many places claim to have world-famous hot dogs, but this place lived up to their hype on the hot dog. Good, quick service. Little lunch Diner Vibe. Great food.

Lunch was amazing. The chicken sandwich is really good. I'm not a hot dog person but loved their hotdogs especially the sauce! Fries are great though would prefer sweet potato.

Yeah, sure, we know New Way Lunch has a variety of foods and they do them all well, but who are we kidding? It 's the dogs that matter! We love the dogs, we grew up on the dogs, we proudly stood in a line with other locals and simply said two, works , or four, works and they knew what we meant while out-of-towners looked on quizzically at our rituals. And after an evening out when we were wanting something, all you needed to do was drive by to know that was exactly what you wanted. And when New Way Lunch tried to shed the stigma of the name Dirty John 's and the famous dirt dogs , we kept calling them that, and it was the mark of a true local. So, we 'll give them much respect and agree to call them New Way Lunch , but with love, we 'll never NOT call them Dirt Dogs !

I mean, they have amazing hotdogs. Wish the meat sauce wasn't so bland, bit waitress recognizes regulars. That's always a plus when you frequent a place. Fries are super fly TNT
