Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. The chicken was totally off and borderline inedible, after eating a bit we were nauseous. After calling the restaurant, the manager told us to come in to give us a refund. Immediately upon entering, the manager started recording us with his phone, aggressively asking why we wanted to return the food. The manager did not listen to our reason and became increasingly aggressive and started screaming, threatening to call the police. He was blaming us that we were making it a big deal and that the customers were listening when immediately upon entering he started to yell with no inhibition. This continued for more than an hour, where he accused us of wanting free food, and started calling us hateful and racist slurs. Never in my life have I encountered such a low class individual. Absolutely appalling customer service 0 out of 5 stars. If I could give a negative rating I would
Birthday dinner for my husband.. again at his favourite restaurant. Delicious goat curry, spinach paneer, fluffiest rice and garlic naan. Surprise was the candle in the sweetest cake balls. Khana Khazarna never fails to meet our expectations! Thank you again.
Best Indian we have found in Adelaide by a long way. Service is always great and the food is phenomenal no matter what you order
Today after a long road trip from Melbourne we decided to have a quick meal at this restaurant purely because it was on our way home. For a change, on this occasion We ordered Chicken Vindaloo, Tandoori roti and extra onion. We were totally disappointed with our today’s pick-chicken Vindaloo. Ordinarily cooked chicken pieces were tossed in to tomato based gravy with vinegar and that’s about all that can be described about this curry. There were no flavours, no taste and no texture. It was a disgrace to Indian food. The roti was dry and not buttered. They never cared to ask if we would like the rotis buttered or not. To liven the taste, we asked for onion. We were served chopped (quarter) onion and were charged $4.80. Here, the question is not about the money because I know that nothing is free in this world. It’s the money grabbing attitude that I dislike. Finally, the Front of house lady does not welcome you with smile and does not usher the diners to table. She simply points out to vacant tables and leaves it up to you to pick your own table. Not a very Welcoming gesture, is it? She is often seen busy having long chats with some diners at a cost of keeping others waiting for her attention to place orders. Most Chefs usually respond enthusiastically to Praise but they become defensive when you provide constructive critical feedback. Head Chef/owner at this restaurant is no exception. We left the place disgusted with a decision never to dine at Khana Khajana Restaurant. Nor would we recommend it to anyone.
