Starbucks - Glenview

Toducks is my top choice for coffee and baked goods. The staff is very polite and efficient when taking orders. The baristas are friendly, professional, and provide excellent service. The restaurant is very clean and the coffee is top-notch. I highly recommend Toducks.

There is a lovely young woman who works at this restaurant and I absolutely adore the medicine ball drink she makes.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The staff member accused me of ordering the wrong drink even though I clearly stated what I wanted. They were not familiar with how the loyalty points system on the app works and seemed disorganized. The new staff members were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing good service. Additionally, the sweet cold foam on my drink was not made properly and was not sweet as it should have been. The quality of the drinks was inconsistent and I left feeling disappointed.

Worst Starbucks experience of my life. Two baristas couldn’t make one iced tea for the life of them. They gave me the wrong size, the wrong type of tea and I had to wait over 10 minutes with only one other person in line

Update their opening times, please. I went on a Sunday at 16:10 a.m. and the Barista girl did not even recognize me. when I had to give her attention and ask if they were still opened, she said no. Why does it say that the charging hours close at 17:00 and the barista decides to close an hour earlier?
