Golden Sushi

My wife and I tried Golden Sushi for the first time earlier today and wow, we were blown away. We live in San Francisco where good sushi is all around, and we were skeptical to try a place way out in the Canadian Rockies. We ordered a handful of items to try and all of them were wonderful. Good flavor, good presentation, and the food tasted really fresh. The lady who owns the place even chases us down a couple blocks away to hand deliver us the final part of our order that was missing when we left the store! Amazing service. If you’re in Golden give it a go!

Best home cooked Korean meal I have had in a very long time. Unfortunately I was just passing through Golden and was only able to try a few things from the menu, now i can't comment on the Sushi but the Udon soup and spicy pork were very authentic, felt like I was back in Korea. Great flavors here. I wish this place was in Calgary! Highly recommend

Went here with my wife because her sister recommended it over the other sushi place. It didn't disappoint; everything was delicious. We started out with the prawn tempura, which was fried nice and light. My wife had the tamago, avocado, and spicy salmon rolls--really good rice-to-filling ratio. I had the spicy chirashi, which although listed under the Korean section of the menu, is really a Japanese dish. There was enough of everything in that dish--great sashimi, lettuce, cucumbers, and just enough spicy sauce to not make it completely overpower the rest of the ingredients. The only thing I feel could have improved was the amount of times we were checked up on and water was brought around. Overall, though, quite excellent! If you are new to Golden or are just passing by, definitely check out this place!

Had some valentines day sushi, and wow it was amazing... and super fast! Going back today for my birthday
