Rene and Maria run a top-notch operation. We had a Cobb salad and a Chicken Caesar. Fresh, fresh ingredients and cherry tomatoes sweet like candy. Very fast service for all tables I observed, including ours. Lovely atmosphere, too. We will continue to stop here as we travel I-70 through Kansas. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Healthier version of greasy spoon breakfast. Owner/operators are wonderful Hispanic immigrants. They need to offer more international fare, they only had pupusas on the menu, which are delicious, but just a beginning. Friendly staff are bilingual. We loved the old restored building in the heart of a small country town in Kansas, a gem of a find. Service: Dine in
