Happy Me Vasagatan - Gothenburg

The vegan spanish frittata and the salad with salmon were very tasty! Had sweet potato fries as sides, but the size of the dishes would have been big enough to get satisfied. Also positive: Free bottles of tap water and everything gluten free! In general: Great food for a good price.

Happy Me is a nice and pretty small restaurant mostly serving vegan/vegetarian dishes. They also have options with seafood. The food tasted ok and the service was almost 45 minutes (for a burger and falafel salad) which in my opinion is way too long. The burger costs 200kr and it's quite on the expensive side for the amount of food that is served on the plate. The sweet potato fries were the only thing that tasted good and the presentation was pretty nice. Overall a decent experience but unfortunately I will not go back here anytime soon.

While we were staying in Göteborg we went here twice, both times we had stunning food, everything tasted fresh and we had a great time.

I was totally impressed by their attention to healthy meals and the knowledge of the staff. I also love their attention to gluten-free and milk-free products. One of the best vegetarian restaurants I visited in Gothenburg. The staff is really friendly and keeps the restaurant open for us 30min extra as we arrived an hour before closing time! We ordered the bare beet root burger and noodle soup with shrimp and green curry. Both were very delicious. The noodle soup is not watery as you can see in the picture. They also have vegetarian brunch on sundays for 200kr I will try.
