La Forteza Pizzeria - Gothenburg

I ordered online. Chose the "double bottom" so that I could only reach their minimum order limit. What a letdown. It was okay for the most part. I love thick crusts, so I thought I would love the double thick crust. But, I thought since this pizzeria had such high ratings, it was a safe bet. Boy, was I wrong. This double crust was soggy, mushy, and totally inedible. On top of that, the toppings felt like they were flying off (more unsuccessfully) like the lid of a can of cat food. I tried to eat the pizza I ordered since I paid a lot for it. But I ended up throwing away over 3/4 of it after just one bite, as it was inedible. I'm disappointed. But these are the facts. And I'm not picky. I wish I had just stuck with canned beans in tomato sauce (YES! it was that bad compared to this pizza).

Without a doubt, the best service in Gothenburg, the super-friendly and extremely delicious pizzas make this place a standout.

This double crust was mushy, soft/undercooked and completely inedible.. on top of that, the "filling" (more failed topping) felt like it was taken from a can of cat food. I wanted to like the pizza I ordered because I paid a lot to get it. But I threw away over 3/4 of the pizza after a bite... because it was inedible. I'm sorry. But this is a fact. And I'm not picky. I wish I had just settled for tinawed beans in tomato sauce (Yes! This pizza tasted so bad).

Without a doubt, the best service in Gothenburg, super friendly and delicious pizzas, we highly recommend them.
