Silvis - Gothenburg

We had a very nice evening at Silvis, enjoying one of their tasting menus. The restaurant is proposing 3 tasting menus with different meze , in a food sharing spirit. Plenty to eat and very tasty food. For vegetarian or vegan people, there are alternatives available and you can enjoy a full tasting menu fitting with your food diet. Thank you Silvis for that! In addition there is a nice choice of Lebanese wines to go with the exquisite food.

I cannot describe in words how much I recommend a visit to Silvis! Absolutely; the atmosphere, feel and service is really good but what REALLY stands out is the food. Meze, in my opinion, can often taste the same. You get many small dishes and finger food that basically have the same texture and taste. Not at Silvis! Here, each component has been carefully selected to give you a flavor trip to the Middle East you won't soon forget. Lyrical is just the first name. Will definitely be back very soon!

We can strongly recommend this restaurant for its friendly, welcoming and professional staff. You can choose from a couple of set menus or a la carte of Middle East food. There is a nice selection of palatable wines as well.It is a lovely atmosphere and very popular so you better book a table in advance.
