Seems to be hit or miss. When it's good (which is most of the time) it's really good. When it's not... well... it's not. My daughter loves the arcade and the food. Speaking of food, it varies quite a bit, though you can usually find something you like. Lately, I'm sure due to staffing and no fault of those there, it has been kind of off. But... will we be back? Yes, of course we will. We've really only had one or two bad experiences. We don't go on kids night, and on occasion they have groups working for fundraising which we had a bad experience with one time where we could hardly converse with each other without being interrupted every few seconds by a young child asking if they could take our plates (often while we were obviously still eating from them). This is at no fault of the restaurant, but the chaperones of the group could have possibly set some better rules.

My niece just had her birthday party here today. The pizza was good, but the chicken is better. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Overall they did a great job.

First off, let me say staff and food were good. What happened to their Buffalo Chicken (unbreaded)? I had the salad bar, could have been cleaner, and a few more choices. They must have a rude customer base as I was shoved twice while trying to get my salad. Extremely hungry women apparently.
