Stands on their phones, half the time that no one answers to the thru running gear, do not know their own menu, always problems when I order here

Absolutely disgusting place. I saw a rat in the bathroom and there were bugs in the sweet tea! When confronted with the disturbing details, the manager simply laughed at me. GROSS!!!!!!

Lowering rating because they've started having people in the drive-thru pull around and wait in the parking lot for their orders. Makes it seem like the drive-thru is more efficient than it is.

Gave me the wrong order. I didn't want to make the long drive through line wait, so I pulled to the front to check it. Lobby doors were locked and it took 8 minutes and the FedEx guy steady beating on the window to finally get someone to come to the door. This is the second time this has happened, and it will be the last. I do not recommend this location.

So we just left from there they are so rude a guy was taking our order and then a lady really rudely ask do you need help with menu because we were taking a while looking at the menu. After that they forgot our cinnamon twist my husband knocks on the door a employee look at him then looks at his phone and walks away… all I could hear the the manager yelling at the employees
