Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe customer messages should be important to people who have a restaurant/café. place nice, but very small. the menu online has some errors in ingredients not correct (example the chèvre cancellation for the brebis salat.) I ordered a croque monsieur, but only a few seconds after. I heard of another interesting court (tagline des legumes au pullet) and I asked to change order. the waiter told me it was too late, not possible, and that the day was no longer available. after 5 minutes another customer was offered and ordered a day. very bad customer address. never again. I think that the quality of the service is as important as the quality of food in the perception of the customer. never again.
Excellent service. fast and very friendly. salate, dessert and cappuccino were very good. I recommend cafe.
Great atmosphere, nice location, very welcoming and friendly service and delicious food we really enjoyed our breakfast.
As we walked by, the food looked good and we were quickly shown a table. Then we waited. And waited. Waitress walked by with a salt and pepper for another table. Then with just bread for a different table. Then with a bottle of water....Then the other waitress went for a tag. We have up at this point and went elsewhere.
My friend and I live in Grasse, and have been to this Cafe before over the years; the food has been OK. But last Wednesday, at lunch time my friend's grilled aubergine was raw and inedible, and my raviolis were hard probably left under a...hot lamp for too long and virtually tasteless. The worst aspect was the blonde waitress' attitude, she gave the impression that she would rather be somewhere anywhere else. She was very slow, arrogant, rude. Her colleague the dark haired lady, was more helpful, moved a heck of a lot faster, and actually responded to our request for the bill. The blonde waitress disappeared outside (slowly! and did not bother to come back. What a terrible attitude! Le Cafe des Musees is in a nice location, and the decor is pleasant. But this does not compensate for lack of basic cooking skills and bad service from an indifferent, arrogant waitress. There are lots of other restaurants in Grasse where the staff are helpful, and the food is better. And not more expensive. Fragonard you need to manage your staff better, mine is not the only review to comment on the bad/rude service.
