It's as if they don't bother to read what I've actually requested on the app. When I order white cheddar, I often get American cheese instead. I ask for turkey sausage and end up with regular sausage. I could visit in person to resolve these issues, but the staff isn’t very polite when corrections are needed, even when I ask nicely. Additionally, the donuts seem to be available only in the morning.
I went in to buy a coffee and a donut and ended up waiting at the register for a full five minutes while the three employees behind the counter were busy with other tasks—filling out paperwork, organizing the donut display, and who knows what else. Not one of them acknowledged my presence or tried to ease my frustration, like saying they were busy but would help me as soon as they could. I've since started getting my coffee at Cold Spoon down the shopping center instead. Their coffee is just as good, if not better than Dunkin', and I’m happy to support a local business.
This restaurant really needs to reevaluate its operations. The donuts were stale, the service was poor, and the staff seemed unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes just for a cup of black coffee and two old donuts, which is simply unacceptable. The employees were not adhering to proper hygiene practices—no gloves, hairnets, or masks were worn. Overall, this place feels more like a dumping ground than a restaurant.
I go to this dd almost daily for 2 months and that was great until this week was terrible. the macchiato is almost taste like is in the bottom of the pot with the black bons swimming around and tasted super bitter not on a good wise disgusting. the pfann cake as if they eat card board, which is a waste of money they will get expensive now, nothing against paying the good food, but this is not worth it. I don't know if they change employees if they need a serious training.
Ordered breakfast through UberEats. Not only did they fill half the order, but when I called they admitted it saying they ran out and told me we would just figure it out and ask for a refund. Also we got 4 hash browns in the order and the breakfast wrap was little and not good. This DD is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
