Wings are good but they never answer the phone to place an order

OK, I’ve been to this place probably like four or five times. I got the pleasure to meet Madalynn now she’s a sweetheart like the other ladies however I love the way she explains to me the difference sauce on the wings. I told her I had Hot Medium it’s was very salty she told me her favorite I was very impressed. So I got the Madalynn said ok the favor balance out I’m like yea they do. a neither thing I noticed was the ranch I didn’t have to say much she already knew what a keeper…. First time , and will definitely come back for more , I had great customer service from madalynn , she’s was patient and helpful!!!

I came in to pick up an online order the girl behind the counter didn't even greet me, say how can I help you? nothing! I said hi, I'm here for a pick up. She just dropped the bag on the counter, made the drink and pushed it towards me and ran behind the wall to sit down on her phone. Didn't say thank you, have a good one, nothing. I would never spend a penny in this place with that type of poor customer service based on that horrible experience absolutely disgusting! Never again!

Went last night ordered wings (garlic Parmesan) a Philly omg it gave me food poisoning so bad I started throwing up last night all day and it’s coming out of both ends if you know what I mean! I spoke very highly of this place before but now idk that turned me off and I hope I don’t need to go to a ER
