Mash And Barrell - Great Yarmouth

We visited this restaurant on the last night of our holiday. It is a lovely place with friendly staff and the food was fantastic. The only issue we had was that we were not informed that if we ordered our starters and mains together, they would be served together. This was a new experience for us as we usually like to have a few minutes in between courses. Despite this, the food was still hot and delicious when we finished our starter.

I took my girlfriend out for breakfast and had a great experience at this restaurant. They had no problem accommodating our requests, such as swapping eggs for something else or replacing tomato with black pudding. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was clean and tidy. We will likely return before we leave.

Fantastic service from Lily. Food tasted lovely and was hot. Our daughter is dairy intolerant and Lily took away the menu to the chef and came back to let us know what our daughter could eat and anything they could adapt for her.

Clean environment, friendly staff, very welcoming and approachable team. Good selection of food and drink to accommodate all age groups.

Not bad for an on-site venue. Good service and decent food, but much better value for money can be had in Caister if you’re prepared to drive out, if not this is a solid option.
