Avaliação da contribuiçãoI picked up my order at the window, and the staff was quite rude. They didn’t provide what I had asked for, and they always seem to be in a rush. There was no greeting or acknowledgment—no "hello" or "thank you for your order." Overall, it was just disrespectful. I won't be returning.
Amrit and Priya were equally impressive. Priya went above and beyond by customizing our chili cheese order and preparing some authentic Indian-style tea for us, which was simply fantastic. These three employees truly exemplify outstanding customer service.
I visit this Tim Hortons at least four times a day and always order my medium mocha ice cap for $5. However, today when I received my ice cap, it was only filled a little over halfway. When I raised the issue, I was told that it was the correct amount. I’ve never received an ice cap that low before, and I've never been treated so poorly at any establishment. I will never return. They've just lost a loyal customer.
To all you coffee snobs who insist on only enjoying overpriced, hipster fair trade coffee, I have one thing to say: you can take your pretentious tastes elsewhere. Honestly, if I could somehow inject Tim Hortons coffee directly into my veins, I absolutely would.
I really enjoyed the location; the shelves were stocked early in the morning. I even took a one-hour nap in my car in their parking lot while driving from Toronto to Timmins. It's a safe place to stop and take a break.
