Firehouse Subs Urban Edge Town Centre

Only left fireworks Subs and Unfortunately it was the biggest waste of money I've ever spent for lunch!° I ordered a medium steak sub with mushrooms added a cup of soup and a cherry coke.... I'm sorry that the sandwich tasted super, but hardly had a steak on it! The soup I ordered was loaded potato and it can be the worst soup I had eaten all my life!!!! The 2 bite soup I tried was so disgusting that if I had time, I would go back to the hotel and brush my teeth!!!!!!

Always great subs, one of the best in my opinion...however if you find that you received someone else's order after driving 20 miles, don't bother with the manager. Will not refund to your CC, firehouse policy, nope...called them. Apparently not. Local maybe. CC refunds are not offered but if you are into rude attitude filled discussion, those are readily available. I'd give a lower rating, but the manager is bit sensitive, my comments fueled the fire....hangry moment. Firehouse is off my list..just confirm your order before leaving, you'll be fine.

This was my first visit to a fire house sub restaurant. Didn?t know what to expect or how it might compare to other places. I have to say, I was a little disappointed not to have a choice of a roast beef sub which is my favorite. The small,medium and large choices were different but I went with medium and then mixed and matched with my buddy so we each had half of a different kind. Choices are limited but quality is good. Only white or wheat for bread. I was especially impressed with the main clerk on duty who was very friendly and efficient. First rate! I enjoyed the decor, lots of interesting things to look at. I guess, I might prefer subway food overall, but this was a nice experience and a great option to have.

Excellent service here. The food was quickly prepared and served. The dining area was very clean and employees quickly cleaned tables after someone would leave. Easy access of a main road and short distance from interstate. Plenty of parking for vehicles and even buses if needed. We will definitely be back here again!

I prefer a cold sandwich, but the bread was so dried and stabbed. Must try to save money because my little sub was 2 inches! It's safe that we didn't have the place where it used to be.
