Staff is always pleasant and busy, dinning room and restrooms are clean. I love the little fireplace and comfy couches in the back of the restaurant, so nice on crisp fall days!Food was fresh and delicious. This particular location also has a small flock of wild turkeys that hang out in front of the store periodically! Vegetarian options: Subway has always had a variety of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: I'm sure if you ask, they will make it! Parking: Large lot surrounding the building Kid-friendliness: Kids menu Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to doors, tables and restrooms.

Yesterday I witnessed an employee telling a customer that he could not customize his sub and that he HAD to get it exactly how it is stated on the menu. She told him that he could not get spinach instead of lettuce despite him offering to pay extra for it... . He also asked if she could omit the onions, to this she rolled her eyes. I could not believe what I was hearing. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

2 very inexperienced workers who worked alone. Both didn't know how to make sandwiches had to walk them through how to make it. Added to much of everything cheese pickles bacon sandwich was extremely messy. They did check us out correctly either was overcharged I had to correct them
