Avaliação da contribuiçãoI just ordered a plain ham and cheese sub for my son, delivered to his school, and they toasted it and did not put cheese on it. There were only 2 toppings ordered-ham and cheese and they missed 1 of 2. I can’t get there to take it back and now my son will miss eating lunch. Very disappointing.
WHAT IN THE HELL KIND OF SUBWAY DOESNT HAVE BREAD?? 9 am and no bread but flatbread?? EVERY sandwich shop worker knows you make FRESH BREAD EVERY MORNING. don’t go to this restaurant it’s obviously run by people with the IQ of a goldfish. Who runs a sandwich shop and doesn’t have bread? Not worth buying. Go somewhere else.
Don't choose this subway. The staff will literaoot not care qbout you...ifnore your orser qnd make it a franchise way. No iUnlimited veggies here. Of you want a gener8c sanwich at an inflated 0ruce, go here. If you want a good sandwich catered to you...and with service, go elsewhere. I went in with no one in the restaurant and no one ackniwledged me at amy point. Great for serial killers i guess...not for consumers.
I stopped in at 5:20 ish this eveningAnd a young man was working behind the counter.All by himself other coworker on break)He had a big line if customersBut he did amazing jobNever got overwhelmed at all..Stayed positive and polite..Good job young man
My wife and I stopped in there last night to get some food. There was a few people ahead of us which was no biggie at the moment. As we were waiting in line, which the wait escalated into a over 10 minute wait. We noticed the guy running the place was not washing his hands or changing his gloves between handling customers food. The lady in front of us had a Fly land on her sub and the server did not see it and still sold it to her.As we ordered our food I had to keep a watchful eye to make sure the flies did land on ours. I did however see them land on some of the food in the food storage holder. The server should not be running this place by himself at all. Speed is poor, attention to detail is poor and common sense is not there at all.Now my wife was up most of the night with an upset stomach and a bad case of the runs from what she ate there.I went to speak with the manager this morning and she is not there. I asked to be put in contact with the owner so I could direct this issue to the right channel. The employee told me he is not vey involved with his business. Which baffles me, He owns a business and wants nothing to do with it?As I was about to leave I could not help but wonder, if we saw a fly land on a lady's sub before us and on the food storage station while we were there, How long was that happening before we got there?There needs to be a serious overhaul on the evening staff. The owner needs to get more involved in his businesses and how it runs. Believe the the department of health is going to hear about this.Only good thing was the young lady I spoke with this morning when I arrived with my complaint. She was friendly and very compassionate, that was the only good thing that came out of this.
