Mcdonald's - GREENFIELDS

Usually the burgers are thrown together, thrown into the box and thrown into a pocket. Chips are rarely fresh. Sometimes the portion size is far below. Chips thrown into the bag and scattered everywhere. Have some good experiences, but not often.

Clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately fries weren't very good. The Breakfast menu meals we had were tasty, just large fries let it down.

Tall blonde lady with glasses working in the cafe needs to work on her people skills. Extremely short to both my dad and I and seemed like she didn’t have time. Her coffee also tasted like a muddy puddle. If you hate your job don’t work there !!

Constantly fail to get orders out at any reasonable rate. Forever parking clients so the managers can artificially make their times look good for their bonus’. Constantly sitting in waiting bays for 15 minutes or more. Food is generally cold by the time they do get it out to you as it’s been sitting waiting for someone to walk it out. Has to be the worst McDonalds store in the area.

Multiple times have gone in and through drive through to then have to wait 30-40 minutes for food, even when they are not busy. Foods usually cold, melted ice creams or just items missing completely. Staff multiple times have been rude and disrespectful, not only to me but family and other customers in the store. Their food continuously looks thrown together, including chips being thrown in the bag, or drinks half full. Used to be a good place to go, but in the recent months to a year, every experience has been horrible and has made us choose to not even bother with McDonald’s multiple times.
