Bojangles - Greensboro

Absolutely rude drive thru girl, was asked to pull up when I asked how long? The attitude started. She was not pleasant when bringing my order out either. Drive thru was extremely slow as well. Will not be returning.

I love bojangles, so I wanted to try this place for the first time. When I arrived with my partner, we got an obvious teenager than our cash. I had to repeat my order 4 times and he still accused me of the wrong things and doubled the dinge on the reception, which were literally not even put in the pocket. I will probably not return to this place.

I just walked into this Bojangles, stood at the register for 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. Granted, they were busy with drive through orders, but out of the 5 or 6 working, at least one could have spoken to me to say “I’ll be with you shortly”, “Hi”, “Welcome”….I have no doubt they saw me, so what gives Bojangles?

The Manger is horrible that’s all I have to say. She is a terrible manager/mentor for them young folks working for her, someone needs to watch her closely far as how she runs business. I have a recording that I’m going to hold on to. Also in line today a elderly woman was also complaining as well. Terrible and it’s not the first time. A also run and own multiple businesses myself but it doesn’t mean that I should treat people rude and be ignorant.

Do not go to this bojangles. if i could give them zero stars i would they’re so unprofessional and tried to not give me the food that I PAID for. they messed up my order 3 TIMES! the workers claimed that they had already gave me the rest of my order when they did NOT and claimed that i was lying about not receiving my full order and that i was not going to get my food that i paid for. after arguing with multiple co workers for 30 minutes, a manager decided to take responsibility and remade my order.
