Dunkin' - Greensburg

I always appreciate the fantastic customer service here. The coffee and donuts are perfect, and Hayley is a delight!

I called to place an order for the next day, and the person who answered the phone simply said "yo." He didn't greet me or even mention that I had reached Dunkin' Donuts. When I asked if I could place an order, he just repeated my question to someone nearby, and all I got in response was laughter. That's fine; I'll be taking my business to the Dunkin' on Route 30. The Dunkin' on Main Street in Greensburg has awful service, and the staff are extremely rude!

This is the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited. Accessing the parking lot is a nightmare. Customers often park in a way that backs up traffic at a busy intersection. I can't even comment on the food because I'm too focused on avoiding accidents while trying to navigate the chaotic drive-thru.

My husband went to Dunkin on Rt. 119 in South Greensburg to get donuts. As soon as he walked in the lady was rude and yelled out and told him that she was ONLY taking drive thru and pre- orders. So why were the doors open/unlocked?! He drove to the Rt. 30Jeannette location, which is way better, just further away. Never going to Rt. 119 location again.

So good, and I love the Pittsburgh cream donuts and they were out, they went back and made it for me. That was above and beyond. Super friendly and extremely thoughtful
