Avaliação da contribuiçãoPlaced order online. Get there to pick up. Front staff ignores us. Finally acknowledges, rude. Did not answer when asked how long it will b. Half hour was still waiting. It was half hour past order acknowledgement that I arrived. Very poor customer service.
Waited and waited for my delivery. Driver calls, can’t find my address and is in the wrong town! I am right by Harvest Market and the driver went to Clarksburg. Called and spoke to the manager, he doesn’t know how to give me a refund so he said he will remake the order and get it right out to me. Another hour later, the second driver calls and AGAIN can’t find my address. HE WAS IN CLARKSBURG AGAIN!!!!! I called the store again and told the manager that I wanted the money put back on my card and I wanted it done fast. Still not sure how to refund me so will have to call their boss. 3.5 hours after I ordered, I still have no food and no refund on my card. This place is a joke to the industry and should be shut down immediately.
I got my pizza delivered and it was a wonderful experience. The food was hot and exactly what I ordered.
So I go to get my food and I pick it up I come home there are items missing. I try to call up to the store and I get hung up on, then I call again the lady rudely tells me to wait and hangs up on me again. I understand if you’re short staffed but the least you could do is be polite and put me on hold.
Didn’t receive part of our delivery order, called the store to let them know, said their fryer was down that’s why we didn’t get it. I didn’t get a phone call to let me know, so basically they thought it was acceptable to take my money and knowingly not offer a replacement or refund. Before a resolution was reached, the manager told us he has too busy with four other orders and to call back later. Complete letdown.
