Avaliação da contribuiçãoA fantastic place to spend a few hours! Ten dollars per person can seem a little expensive, but it includes a soft drink (coffee, tea, juice... Wi-Fi and unlimited snuggles with about 30 loving cats. Some of the kitties are available for adoption and they all seem well maintained and happy, with many hidden corners and shelves to get away when they need a quiet time. The cats were all really tolerant and also interested in my two-year-old daughter. Although it is to be noted that she lives with a cat who knew that she scratches a time or two and therefore is very respectful and gentle with all cats.
That was my first cat café and the experience was amazing! I had a catnip tea and almost all kitties came by to hang around with me: the staff was super friendly! I wish I could have stayed longer, I must come back! The one on the picture was super talkative and enchanting!
Such friendly cats here! We have a wonderful cat at home and I was so surprised that so many kitties were as friendly as our own! I loved the chill music and the games they have for people and cats. I will definitely be back, but next time playing with my Hubby ping pong. It is such a cool experience to be able to hang with tons of friendly kitties and have some tea, read, play games, work for a bit, or simply smuggling fluffy love bugs. I love that they adopt cats and have the opportunity to see their personalities. You have older cats and kittens. What a great place for the community! I also have my green tea LOVED, and that they have removed food from the kittys. If you want, you can enjoy your food with them or in the restaurant are with view windows.
Walking around the Greenville West End my husband an I discovered The Organic Cat Cafe. A wonderful cat sanctuary providing an area to sit with the cats as well as offering a varied selection of events. They offer organic vegetarian food, a music lounge, art classes and gallery, cat yoga, ping pong, and best of all 25 friendly cats.
This is not a cafe, but it's full of soft friendly kitties. This is why we go. It's $10 to get in. This gets you as long as you want with the cats and a free drink. They offer coffee and smoothies, but little food. I'm not sure what music was playing, but it was really off-putting. The cats seem happy and healthy, and there are places for them to go if they don't want any attention. I think it's a fairly good place that will improve over time.
