Wendy's - Greenville

Asked for fresh food 3 different occasions and was made with heat lamp food. first 2 times manager was rude and acted as if she didn't want to approve my request. the last time I was given food and I returned the food for fresh food and it was just dropped in fat and then returned to me. 3 strikes you; I and my family will not return to wendy's food.

Bake potato was old dry I had to go back to get butter and sour cream the drink machine was out of Dr.pepper diet dp my wife's frays were cold my chili was cold I took it back they gave me another cold bowl of chili they got drink machine fixed so my wife got a Dr.pepper after she finished our meal I won't ever go backIt totally SUCKED

I went through the drive-thru yesterday (in Greenville TX) around 3pm, and the person taking the orders was talking so fast. I felt like I was being rushed to place my order, and not to mention, he seemed to get frustrated with me because I didn’t place my order in the manner he expected. I have been going to Wendy’s for years (my cousin manages one in Texarkana) and I know exactly what I want when I get there.Also, they need to teach the young lady at the window to say thank you, don’t come back, or kiss my “you know what” instead of not saying anything and closing the window. I’m sure there are other businesses who would gladly take my money.

Using the mobile app i ordered a combo with burger, nuggets, fries and a drink. At the speaker i asked for ketchup to be placed in the bag, along with the nugget sauce i ordered online. Was a sunday a lil after noon, took approx. 20 minutes since the order was placed till my food was brought out to the car. Checking the items they seemed all there. When i got home i noticed no sauce, no ketchup, not even napkins or a straw for the drink. The burger was ok, the fries way too salty, and nuggets cool. Not the first time condiments have been forgotten, and with the price of gas not going back for just those items. Staff seemed overworked, even tho they were not busy at all. Will think twice again about this place.

The service there was the most oppon worst. The manger didn't give a dam about my food and service. And the front cashier was new very inexperienced about the front. Screwed up my order. Needs a new store manager and crew
