Zaxby's - Greenville

The preparation of a basic chicken sandwich took longer than expected, exceeding 10 minutes, which was surprising. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the sandwich was delicious once it was ready. The restaurant appeared to be busy with a continuous line at the drive-thru and a decent lunch crowd. Perhaps it was just an off day for them.

The food was good! However, I don't like how they put the sauce under the bread. I would prefer for the employees to just place the sauce in my bag instead. Also, their drive-thru service needs improvement.

I am not sure who prepared the toast for my order, but it was toasted and buttered perfectly.
