Gloria Jean's Coffees Tuggeranong

Been twice. burned coffee both times, was told it is not burned - is coffee blend. I am a frequent traveller, and caffeine afficionado, I'm 100% confident I know burned coffee when I taste it. You be the judge - just don't say you weren't warned!

If you like burnt and bitter coffee, this is for you. Having bought their beans to try at home, I know how poor they are. So the staff have no chance with the best intentions.

I love pinching a drink from here every so often, I have never experienced a grumpy or un-kind staff member, everyone seems to be happy and very helpful.

I am a Gloria Jean's coffee fan. I have a couple of tall flat white coffees every week. The flavour, texture, consistency (that is, not all air) can be relied upon 95% of the time. I don't buy their food as the price is exorbitant and neither the servings, nor the flavour, warrants the expenditure, as a lot of the time they are stale/dry. I DO love the coffee!

Burnt coffee, and despite numerous reattempts will not be going back. Situated conveniently in the middle of the top level of the mall. There are now alternative cafes with better coffee and ambience.
