Avaliação da contribuiçãoI really like the idea of this, nice drinks and cakes while painting away. It is on the expensive side though, and a bit packed.
Great place, good coffee and cakes! My friend and I have spent many hours here happily painting our masterpieces. It's a real shame that they are closing down due to increased rent. Good old Greenwich
We visited here for a quick lunch on our way to a wedding. What a mistake. They make bagels, which is not difficult to do. There were 3 staff working and they spent a lot of time chatting and no rush at all (we were sitting at the table next to the counter so we could see exactly what they were doing). We waited a very long time for 4 bagels, after which the two kids arrived and they were not what we had ordered. We had been given the adult versions, meaning with mustard dressing, so my son couldn't eat it and frustratingly had to wait for another one. The top part of the toilet was out of order and there is only a downstairs toilet. However, there was a children's party going on at the same time and many kids lining up to wash their paint-covered hands. Nobody was organizing or asking them to wait and allowing customers to use the facilities ahead of them. Very disappointing lunch.
Biscuits Ceramic Cafe is a wonderful place to visit with friends or family. It is a great option for gifts if you're unsure of what to get someone. I have painted a pumpkin lantern and a bowl there, and the prices are reasonable. I have heard of another location in Dulwich, but I believe Biscuits is better value for money and the staff are friendly. It is also a good place for parties, and I plan to bring some friends there soon. I really enjoy this place and travel all the way from South London to visit Biscuits Ceramic Cafe because of the friendly staff, delicious cakes, and tasty mint tea. It is a lovely place to explore in Greenwich after visiting the park.
I had a brilliant time here. We came for my birthday, and felt like big kids. Really good fun. The varnish is a bit thick on the finished product, but for the price can't complain. Good food, drinks, staff and fun :
