Whenever I visit Westfield, I always make sure to order from Chikara. Their customer service is excellent and they are attentive to the needs of their customers. The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend trying their well-made mochi. The teriyaki chicken is cooked perfectly with just the right balance of sweetness. The miso soup is also delicious, although sometimes it can be a bit too salty due to the excess miso paste.

Thank you (especially Lilian and the Chef! you guys went out of your way to cater to my garlic allergy and I appreciate it with all my heart. The food was delicious! It’s not fast food but it’s great quality of service and food. Highly recommend it xx

The karaage chicken starter was plain and tasteless and the beef ramen main was vastly undersized and incredibly dry. Both had the look of dishes that had been sitting under a hot lamp for some time. I only finished it because it had taken 20 minutes queuing to order and a further 15 minutes waiting for the food to be 'prepared '. Standard overpriced food court offering rather than genuine fresh japanese cuisine.

I came in here for dinner after a short shopping trip. I had a dish of chicken food coming with rice and salad. The chicken was very good and there was a lot. All the food was very good value-price ratio for 10 and would definitely eat there again.
