I was there at 8:50pm and ali were either completely gone or small amounts of what had left were placed in small plastic bags on the counter. all chairs were on tables without taking off. I asked for a protein dish. the person who took my order was extremely unpleasant that showed in his demeanor and face. I was informed that they were black and salted. I asked about plucked wobble and sour cream and was told they were out. When I came to the register, I couldn't help, but wonder if I was wrong or if it closed at 10 o'clock. I wondered why her choice of food looked like they were already closed and my protein dish looked half empty. I was told that there was a hurry and they ran out, some workers tend to fill dishes so that I was not used to seeing it as they gave me all the restaurants doing that objects were taken away earlier). the manager who would not even come out to hide behind the partition wall in the kitchen would not give a discount or try to make it in any way a heart-suffering, or explanation, or a free drink or chips would have suffocated) because several objects lacked from my court. the attitude and the service were terrible. never come back and recommend to stay away. I got the money to Chick-fil-A after I got a hot meal and a smile of the girls who took exactly that and delivered what I had ordered while they also close at 10 o'clock.
I really like the work ethics of one woman who has done all the work and the other just stood there, told the other what to do, but would not help. they were except salate, which is sad. but it happens sometimes. When I came in, I looked at myself, what are you doing here? I'm not sure I'm back or not. the time will say it.
I will contact the health department to check this site. the workrooms are absolutely dirty (they were drawn the dishes by queso and other spilled ingredients). the countertop looked like it had not been wiped for at least 24 hours. I would be surprised if the employees practice food security, with the way they literally throw the food around, never the server lack of customer service. I wish I could replace this bad excuse for a qdoba with a chipotle. I will drive the additional 5 minutes to chipotle. seriously, how hard is it to put the food into the bowl!? not to mention, they were from guacamole at 17.30.
The last stroh: thought, my man and I would give this place a last time. they failed; angry. eating was obviously old, the inner was dirty, the service was absolutely terrible. what is the process of recruitment here? a clear character and professionalism are not significant. I wish I could make the company qdoba this situation is embarrassing for the brand.
I love Qdoba! But this location is extremely slow. They are always in super slow motion. I understand that they probably have an issue with hiring good workers, but during dinner time rush they really should put the more senior workers in charge so that you're not waiting 40 minutes in line.
