Sahara Middle Eastern Restaurant

Sahara has been around for at least 25 years when I first moved to Colorado and it still remains one of my favorite restaurants! I have not found another restaurant that prepares a better humus or fattosh! My favorite dish is the lamb shank and I have NEVER been disappointed with its preparation.

Great food! Great service! One of our favorite restaurants. We have been there going since it opened 26 years ago. We have never had a bad meal in all these years. The owners and staff are friendly.
