Rustic, typical of mountain with a chic note. accessible on foot with a small reserved parking at the front. good food but above all great staff, nice, polite that can put you at ease.

It is a pity because the ambience is very warm and the service is good but the quality of food is not very high.

The rooms were great and the hotel is very beautiful. the lady who leads the place has done so much more than expected. she drove us to a restaurator with her car as there was no taxi. she went to food store and bought us lunchboxen on the street. really great hospitality!

Bad experience. we have booked for a few weeks before silvester, just to dinner in restaurant at the evening of i, as my friend, decide to make sure that the most convenient time was for us, as we worked late, come out of novara. the dame confirms everything, tells us that the time is good for them and we give the castle for dinner. we arrive and are told that they had waited to serve for eating and that they were not sure if the kitchen could serve us at this time to deny completely that we had agreed for after a few layers they put us and serve us (and all the others at the tables were not much before the curses compared to us, so that I do not see the reason for the scene). spoke to her several times on the phone, she could confirm the time she wanted to be more than safe. We ate in this restaurant after visiting the beautiful castle and it was a pleasant discovery! great food and well-kept in the presentation, warm and welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. to recommend absolutely!
