Family Restaurant Bar - Gretna

They accused me of stealing a beer. A few days before that they forgot about my meal and only charged for a beer and i reminded them and paid for the meal. I came in a couple days after the accused me of stealing and this woman whispered to another. The other woman came over and said Don 't be drinking beers without paying for them. I walked out and never came back. If they open back up don 't go there they will make you out to be a thief.

Unknowingly we arrived at 7:25 PM, thirty minutes prior to closing. However, not a word was said, we were seated, served, and paid the bill at 8:05 PM. The staff was at the door ready to leave BUT they had all been polite! No one had made us feel rushed to eat.The food was very good and a good value.

Ehhhh.... I mean that's it right? Food was ok.... nothing special no significant stand out dish on menu.... it's a diner I expected a little more. Atmosphere is confusing. Bar on one side of the restaurant with beer fridges in the family portion? I dont know, hubby loved to TVs so I guess we will be back. I will update for our second venture.

Food was good, reasonably priced. Large seating area. Ample parking. Bar separation from dining room

Fish dinner was good, fries, hushpuppies, cold slaw was good but alittle sweet to my taste. Wait staff was very good came to check on drinks and if you needed anything else. Bugers were small but taste ok.
