Apple Tree Variety - Grimsby

Store doesn't look like much but the subs they make are really great!! Better than Subway or Mr. Sub.....totally affordable and delicious!!

I have driven past this tiny variety store for years. Then somebody said "let's stop and pick up a sub sandwich." Well, what a delight. In fact, the two of us split an assorted sub sandwich and it was great. Here is the bonus. A combo includes a can of soda and a bag of chips OR a butter tart. A butter tart. You have to admit, that is pretty classy.The sub is made to order, fresh, on the spot, in front of you.Now, they do all kinds of platters too. Cheese platters. Cabbage rolls. I promise to pay a visit and let you know what they are like. In the meantime, I am going to explore the submarine menu.
