Chicken Shack Grosse Pointe

Potatos were dry, very little butter sauce. Chicken nugget portions got much smaller as the prices skyrocketed. No surprise. I ordered ahead, and they lost my order between the register in the kitchen. When I came to pick up my order, they did not inform me of it. I paid after paying, they informed me they had lost my order. They would not refund my money. They told me 3 minutes, it was 15. Total time spent at Chicken Shack 45 min.

It's worth waiting for your food because the food is so delicious and piping hot I'm just thinking about it as I'm speaking Parking: Parking is right in front of the place and on the side you have to pay for parking

Chicken is cooked when ordered.. that's really great about this place.

Ordered a rib dinner with green beans. Falling off-the-bone ribs and fresh-cut green beans. Friendly service and fast. 10 minute wait for my food. Jakayla and the Sunday am crew were great ???? Vegetarian options: All sides are vegetarian friendly

Potatoes not season, the chicken tasted like old grease and the Cole slaw was soupy. Not a good catering experience
