Taco Bell - Groves

I was running and needed something practical. Good food, cheap, fast, food still hot. No complaints except my Dr.pepper was yuk. Next time I get a drink elsewhere

I was very impressed by this place and the excellent customer service they had here. When entering, all workers were busy to help drive-thru and cooking. But a woman turned to welcome me and confirm that I was there and she said she was there to take my order. I was very impressed because many places that do not speak, smile or even acknowledge guests! Then a few seconds later came a cashier and took my order. She was very nice, even though they were very busy at the time. After we took my order, and we went to wait the same lady who prepared the food (can a manager or team leader of any kind excuse for the waiting period and gave us some cinnamon sticks and a blue **** for my little one who was with me. Then she gave me a cup to get me a drink! She was very apologetic about the long waiting period, but I really didn't wait so long! It was a great experience! She made our food and we made ourselves very happy because of the great service and the great food! I think this is the best customer service I've ever received at every Taco Bell and I highly recommend it!

Eating is usually really fresh, but there is no way out of its drive through when you pass a certain point

Quick line and friendly person in the window. The command was there. 4 stars put acid cream in undercooked Queensadilla instead of the normal cup on the side. Both were sticky, 1 was creamy ruined half of the elements.

I visited on April 9, 2024, which was a Tuesday. The restaurant ensures that you get plenty of ingredients and isn’t stingy at all. You can truly savor the flavors of the food. My order was served hot too. The customer service was excellent, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Lauren R and the African American girl working the drive-thru; they both had great attitudes that made me want to come back every time. The person preparing the food really impressed me—they made everything look just like the pictures and tasted amazing. This was the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, and I will definitely return every time I'm in Port Neches. As for vegetarian options, they offer vegetables and beans.
