Had the opportunity to have lunch here last week with a couple of friend. The restaurant was empty at lunch. Food: fish starter, naans and murg methi were fantastic.The lal Maas was undercooked and was changed kindly by the restaurant. Chicken biryani was ok.Service was really disappointing. I guy and the restaurant was not busy, we had to keep calling him. He was friendly enough, but no attempt was made to clear our table after we ate at all or check if we wanted dessert/ coffee.We missed the chai/dessert as we were late and all the staff sat down to have lunch together.The place would do really well if they improved service to the guests and valued their guests.

Please don't eat from here and spoil your health, worst food i have tried ever, never follow instructions and never be kind to others, when I ordered two Szechuan fried rice from uber eats, I asked for less spicy they made it extra spicy and when I called restaurant, the staff told me to add some sugar or vinegar or plain rice or have the fried rice with lassi.Worst staff and worst service. Never choose this place.SORRY to say this, its first time in Canada, I am experiencing this kind of service from any restaurant.Instead of giving proper response, the girl who took the call was teaching me how to make food less spicy.Forgot to add,When I asked the girl, what kind of spice you use in food, so I can check with my doctor to take medicine she thought i am asking their secret recipe LOL, she said its secret then said its House sauce. After taking a small spoon of Szechuan fried rice my face started to burn and became red. Being an Indian we eat spicy but this was out of the world.8/10 doesn't mean full spicy, it means out if the food is spicy then, I need only 80% of that spic level.If u had any questions regarding that, you should have called to my number.And moreover I ordered 2 fried rices and for other I mentioned only 1/10 for spice level. But you gave same level of spice for that to. That means your chef or who ever is taking for this is not paying attention.

Not much chicken per serving but everything else is

Horrible phone ordering system. They don’t know whats on their website under menus. The lady on the phone was mocking me when I tried to order from the menu on their website. Was told that I food be ready in 1/2 hour and when I reached an hour later was told that it would take 10 more minutes because they were busy. There were all of 2 tables occupied in the restaurant at the time. Was told to pay for the order first. Nobody cared to apologize. Made faces when i asked for an extra aluminium tray to go under because the tray was hot and they asked me to take tissues to hold the tray because they didn’t have any extra trays! The trays are used for take out! Dont care what the food tastes like.. never ordering from them again. Please get some lessons in customer service
