Mission Bbq - Gurnee

That was our first time to eat here. the interior of the restaurant was really clean. many parking spaces outside. amy helped me with my order, she was very helpful. Ribs, macaroni and cheese, maiscake taste like home made grill! we were all impressed!

My man and I have been going to this mission bbq for a few years. we have never done bad experiences; the restaurant is always clean, the staff super friendly and the eating perfection! please don't tell my mother or grandmother, but mission bbq could have the best Mac N' cheese I've ever eaten! lol! Today we went with friends of us, a couple that was before and a few that never had. we wanted to get our friends who were both 95 and had not been here, here for lunch so that they could be here for the 12:00 singing the national anthem, because our one friend is a wwii navy veteran and is very patriotic. we told the personal about our friend when we were before us to make our orders. after the national anthem, the manager introduced our friend to the customers, thanked him for his service and everyone gave him a round applause. some of the customers came up and thanked him for his service. it was very special and brought comfort to all our eyes. Thank you. mission bbq, the gurnee staff and general manager, joseph liss to make this a special lunch for our friend, and for the rest of us on the table. oh, and btw, this is the best grill I ever had! the meat is so moist and delicate, the choice of sauces has a taste for each palette, I have learned that even lachs bbq’ed and tastes amazing! we will continue to be parasols of this very fine facility. ?

Heaven for smoked meat. since my local opposing many texas bbq places lost during the pandemic, I had a request for similar court. that’s it! great menu choice and causal. beloved slim braut and baby nativity.

The first time here! we loved it absolutely. the personal was so nice. the place was so clean. loved the whole love and support they have for military, firefighters and prosecution. eating was amazing. we are from Mississippi, so we have our way to bbq, this place has not disappointed. will definitely return.

Passing through after visiting the Great Lakes Naval Training Center and stopped here for lunch. So glad we did! The service was amazing, we were greeted as we walked in and treated like family. Good family that is! We each had the Smoked Ribeye, very tasty! Fresh cut French fries, coleslaw and banana pudding for desert. We also had a sample of their ribs. Our meal was very good, the price was about average for a good meal. Definitely good to eat at Mission BBQ again!
