Avaliação da contribuiçãoA restaurant that rides on a ghost of the dead and has left the building. All glitter and hype with NONE of performance. The foie grass was without taste and Bland as a milk toast. None of the 5 courses were worthy of this once great cook. Boren is a good word for food. Please don't waste your money here, so many other far better decisions on St. Barth. It's too bad, because one of my most unforgettable dinners was 12 years ago at Joel Robicon's Mansion in Las Vegas. I'm so sorry that his reputation is used to overcharge and enormously perform (case). Service was unfortunately good, then terrible and inattentive. Please do better!!! Please!
We had a wonderful time to watch in the bar, the experienced chefs prepare a variety of wonderful dishes our selections were perfectly unforgettable as the price! I just paid so much for a meal 1 2 times in my life!
The pasta with black truffles was amazing and the sauce was easy. The lamb saddle was perfectly cooked with a light mustard sauce and it came with rich silky potatoes. We finished with a chocolate hazelnut soufflé that was light as air. The view from the top floor is from the port and the lights are breathtaking. That was our best dinner on the island. If you go to St. Barts, you have to try this restaurant.
Barmann leads the gourmet bar on the island. It would even be impressive in NYC or Paris. Fresh and super exotic ingredients with homemade everything from syrups, Falernum, candied citrus dishes. The best cocktails ever.
The new manager made us so welcome, and when our taxi did not show up at our hotel and we were very late for our reservation, they still saved us the most beautiful two tops in the restaurant because it was our 25 years old existence. The dessert that wished us a Happy Anniversary was a nice touch. Will be back. Fantastic ambience, service and food.
