We stopped here by chance after visiting the slate caverns and we all were happy we did. The food was cooked nicely, good portions and great service. I recommend Steak and ale pudding. The place has longer opening hours than Google says.

Came here for lunch whilst staying in the area and was shocked at the number of options available! So much choice! My friend and I had toasties and another had a cream tea all very good and came quickly once ordered. Very friendly staff that were eager to offer us information about th local area. Very well priced too; a toastie, onion rings and tea was approximately £6 7.
