The Gun Room At Plas Dinas - Gwynedd

Had a credit for the Gunroom experience as a birthday present, unfortunately it was not a good experience. the food was nice, but we did not sit in the gunroom, the tables next to us were unclear and had dirty/used teller etc. when we were shown. on our table, the toilet floor was opaque and used wet toilet paper on the floor. Very disappointing, but were greeted by a beautiful polite welsh speaking girl.

We had a beautiful romantic meal in the gunroom restaurant recently (only after valentinstag,) since we received a gift voucher from my parents. we both work a lot and don't go much so that we both really have a special experience and I have a chance to dress up beautifully. what I did. plas dinas lived up to all our expectations. it is a short drive from caernarfon and we had the pleasure to go on a sunny day to see the satisfying garden and the first signs of the spring around the building. we had prosecco when we arrived. we sat in a spacious room, which has a beautiful fireplace to keep the guests warm and cozy and were served by an elegantly dressed staff, which was very friendly and chatty and also attentive. it was easy to turn off and forget the environment and enjoy our candlelight dinner and just a short chat with one of the waitresses after the conclusion of our desserts. the meal itself quite a firm with sorbet and with an excellent finish if they can manage so much food in about two hours time. Maybe if you decide to have an extra drink or a bit more chat for a start instead we will definitely do that next time! to sum it up if someone fancies a romantic meal or a special night there is no need to travel far when they live in the caernarfon area.

Although we live locally, this was our first visit to the gun room in plas dinas, but it will certainly not be the last. we were warmly welcomed and sat in a beautiful room to view the menu and order. the room was beautiful, with an amazing flower display and a warm fire. after the order we were in five minutes to our table in another beautifully decorated room, with a warm atmosphere and impeccable equipment. when each cure was served, we were blown away from the skill of the cook and his ability to mix unexpected aromen so brilliantly. we couldn't choose a favourite course, as we enjoyed everyone so! also the palette refreshments were delicious and beautifully presented. the personal was attentive, without being overlaid, which is another plus. as a Welsh lecturer it is important to see the local companies bilingual and plas dinas has not disappointed with a bilingual menu and waitress. about everything we enjoyed our experience very much. it wasn't cheap, I couldn't afford to dinate here on a weekly basis (I wish I could, but it's definitely the place we go for special occasions! highly recommended.

What an excellent and relaxing afternoon. attentive staff and excellent eating. a beautiful balance of hearty and sweet in the selection offered on afternoon tee. the tee in the dining room, very nicely furnished and allowed all afternoon to enjoy the tee...and company diolch.

I went for a meal with my wife. The whole atmosphere was amazing,. warm greeting from lovely staff, great ambience and a fabulous dining experience. I have recommended to all my friends and we will return
