Tgi Fridays Hackensack

I was in the mood for a beyond burger so I ordered from here. I placed my order on the website for a 11:45am pick up. When I arrived I parked in the local parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by James and he was super nice. He asked if I was picking up and said my name. I said yes and asked for the restroom. He walked me to it. When I came out he had my food and opened the door for me as I left. I thanked him and left. When I got in I ate and something new was the avocado they added. The sandwich was tasty and filling. I had a good experience.

I always love this place but this Saturday evening I could tell that management wasn't in! The bartender was talking super loud and the AC or fan wasn't on. It was definitely warm inside. Also we watched the bus boy clean of section (FLOOR BOOTH) with the exact same broom

Our server was very very helpful. she was always there when we needed something. She went above and beyond. i cant remember her name but she was just great.

This restaurant does not use OpenTable for reservations. They may accept online reservations, but they do not manage them effectively.
