The De Beauvoir Deli Co. - Hackney

Lovely spot tucked away in quiet London. Delicious fresh prepped meals and excellent service. A find. For non-egg based options, highly recommend the rose harissa couscous salad.

Arrived at 2pm surprised to see they only had two tiny tables and had already run out of sandwiches! Sandwiches also pre made wrapped in cling film. Good for coffee on the go I guess

Had a lovely coffee and pastry and sat in with a friend. The staff were all lovely efficient and coffee was 10/10. There was a lovely young girl who brought me my drinks and cleaned the table after us also. She made the visit such a wonderful experience and she had a great conversation with us. I just wanted to leave this review as i hoped it may get back to her that she was so pleasant.

First point of call for a pastry in the morning, bread, cheese (great recommendations), a present, the best sausage rolls, so happy it is open again!

Have been here several times and always delicious food with quality ingredients, albeit a bit expensive. But my friend and I bought a Scotch Egg and was it very undercooked (pink as can be seen in pic) so could not be eaten. Didn’t have time to take them back, but something to bear in mind for future batches!
