I wanted a simple order to chill and I wanted a 6 chicken nugget meal and I didn't get a nugget and I went back and they tried to get me to pay
Soooooo slow and drive through is always late to open, i think it depends on the manager. I’ve noticed it does improve when certain staff are there.
Ordered at 10:41 while I was doing some work. Waited patiently, 20 minutes later I ordered some food, it came around 5 minutes later when a rude lady served me and said it will be on its way, to which I said it’s been 25 minutes. she took the receipt. 10 minutes later (a total of 35 minutes waiting for 2 drinks) still nothing. I then go up and ask a man behind the counter who was very helpful but then he turned to said college who completely acted like they had no clue about it. Even though the lady took the receipt and clearly looked at it. Obviously trying to hide the fact it was an atcual order and make me look a fool rather than it being her mistake. No compensation offered and no apology off the lady who made a mistake and said she’d fix it to only find out 10 minutes later she had no recollection of it. Nothing against the store I come here often and it’s great. But not happy with today’s service. Would attach a photo of the receipt but since they took it 30 minutes later and then god knows did what with it as 10 minutes later they said they had no idea, I have no image to attach.
We visited on a Friday afternoon when the restaurant was rather busy, probably with people commuting as this is an ideal place to stop if travelling on the A1(M) through North Yorkshire. We ordered with the touch screen option and thankfully managed to get a seat. We were pleased that table service was available rather than having to stand and wait for the food. The food arrived promptly as you’d expect and was to the same level of quality that you’d normally get at a McDonalds restaurant.
