The food was in the arangement of the hotel with in. there had not to be paid extra. there was a small selection to each course. It was good that it was taken into account that I did not eat a fish.at each course there was another wein. which you can quickly notice in the head the service leaves to the chefin to wish. wrong eating was served and immediately taken again and brought to another table.If you had to pay for it you would have to pay for two at 100€ without drinks.for the conclusion we ordered williams birne which was charged with 8€!

The var bestilt en 3-retters menu med tilhørende vine, alt var virkelig perfect.Personalet var virkelig gode til at fortælle om retterne og vinen, kan cleart anbefales, ikke nødvendigt at forlade hotellet for at spise.

In the hotel baseler hof. Price performance very good. ambitious kitchen. my hamburger pannfisch came pleasantly modern prepared on the table. my wife had the Labskaus-Teigbags in Räucherfischsud - of which she still swarms today.

When we stayed at the baseler hof hotel, we decided with my children to eat in the restaurant evening. well maintained environment, tables in sufficient distance, professional service, special and well presented dishes. We liked everything from the tatar, which was offered as an appetizer with fried cannellini beans, to the fried dunbrust, also well the white carb soup. the fish fillet is a little less good. the desserts were fantastic, I had a really super apfeldessert with cream!wine card with big selection' too long.

We were invited by friends with overnight in the baseler hof. the restaurant is in the back area in the ground floor of the hotel. because of many experience of a rather moderate hotel kitchen, we were simply thrilled here. the courts were partly regional, partly seasonal, qualitatiw very high quality and cooked on the spot. the restaurant is priced in the upper midfield, but eating is really worth its money. the facility is modern and worthy.Beautiful that in this time there are still qualitatiw high quality hotels in private ownership, which resist the mainstream of the chains. high quality!
